Washington Slagbaai Park celebrates National Nature conservation day

STINAPA is still celebrating its 50th anniversary of the washington Slagbaai National Park. 50 years of nature conservation on island, is a reason to celebrate.

Therefore to commemorate the 2019 International Nature Conservation day, STINAPA together with ECHO foundation has planted 50 plants in the area of Put Bronswinkel. This is to reforest the area; it is one of the main focus of STINAPA in its conservation action plan. To reforest the national park. We have various reforestation projects going on with ECHO foundation. The plan for the put bronswinkel area is to develop this important landmark in the national Park into an attractive point of interest.
